ABOUT: Civil works for 22,600 ft2 (2103m2) house with lower ground floor under water level built with caltite reinforced concrete waterproof system. A well pointing system was installed to deal with running sand conditions whilst excavating for the lower ground floor. External hard and soft landscaping including refurbishment and extension to 3 existing lakes and formation of a new lake all with blue clay within a 25-acre setting.
